• General Ministries

  • R.C.I.A.

    People who are interested in becoming Catholic, or Catholiics who need Holy Communion or Confirmation, are encouraged to join our Sunday morning classes in preparation for the sacraments.  Call the rectory for information.

  • Cursillo

    Cursillo meets the first Thursday of each month in Fr. Sullivan Hall (the lower church) at 7:30 p.m.

  • Altar Servers

    Come 15 minutes early. Wear BLACK or BROWN shoes, no sneakers. If you CANNOT make an assignment, please get a substitute. Questions, please call the rectory at 778-5719. Altar Servers Schedual

  • MPB Teens

    MPB Teens include grades 9-12. Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month at MPB School beginning in September. We meet for faith and fun. Come join us.

  • Cub Scouts

    MPB Cub Scouts Troop 32 meet Tuesday Nights at 7:00 in Fr. Sullivan Hall. Please call Scout Master George Lee for information: 778-3015.

  • Wednesday Night Basketball

    Wednesday Night Basketball Men from the parish play basketball on Wednesday nights at the school gym; if you are in shape, you are welcome.

  • Knights of Columbus

    Knights of Columbus meet on the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Friday of each month at 7:30 in Fr. Sullivan Hall (the lower church). All Catholic men are welcome to join. All Catholic Men wanting to learn more about becoming a Knight of Columbus are welcome to join us from 7-7:30pm meeting nights for more information. Go to Knights of Columbus page

• Women

  • Altar Rosary Society

    The Most Precious Blood and St. Benedict's Altar Rosary Societies care for the Altars and do charitable works.  The MPB Altar Rosary meetings will be announced.  The St. Benedict's Rosarians meet the second Tuesday of each month.  New members are welcome. Go to Altar Rosary Society page.

  • Moms and Tots

    Mothers and babies meet each Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 in the lower church, please come by.

• St. Blaise Day

  Friday, February 3 is St. Blaise Day.  There will be blessing of throats after Mass on Friday.  Blessing of throats will also take place after the Vigil Mass on Saturday and after the Masses on Sunday, February 5.

   

   

   

• Mass Intentions

  The 2012 Mass Book is open.  Having a Mass said for a deceased family member or friend is a way of saying they are not forgotten by loved ones.  Traditionally a Mass is offered for a deceased person but Masses can also be offered to honor birthdays and anniversaries as well as special intentions for both living and deceased.
